Candidates in the process of obtaining the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® certification are required to complete The CSA's Role, Rules and Responsibilities module below. The final exam must be passed with a score of 100%.

Tip: complete the practice quiz questions and write down the correct answers before you take the final exam. The quiz and final exam questions are the same.
